BIRGITTA'S COMMANDMENTS FOR FAT-LOSS
AND BEST RESULTS


1. MAKE SURE TO HAVE AT LEAST SOME FRUIT AND WATER BEFORE EXERCISE, AND ALWAYS KEEP WATER AROUND DURING YOUR WORK-OUT.

2. ALWAYS GET 20-30 MINUTES OF AEROBICS (jog, walk, stepping, cycling, swim etc...) BEFORE YOUR WORKOUT.

3. GET ANOTHER 20-60 MINUTES OF AEROBICS DONE, AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK BETWEEN WORKOUTS.

4. WHEN WORKING OUT, FORGET EVERYTHING ELSE, AND CONCENTRATE ON EACH EXERCISE (ie. the muscle being worked & form) FOR BEST RESULTS. DON'T WASTE THE WORKOUT. YOU MIGHT AS WELL GET THE MOST OUT OF IT!

5. WHEN ON TRIPS (BUSINESS OR PLEASURE), TAKE A VACATION FROM YOUR NORMAL WORK-OUT IF YOU WANT, BUT NOT FROM EXERCISE. STAY ACTIVE WITH SWIMMING, TENNIS, GOLF, SKIING, BEACH-RUN/WALKING, HIKING, WALKING, SURFING, SCUBA DIVE, ETC... AND IF NOT HIRE A TRAINER, EVERY HOTEL HAS ONE. DON'T LOSE WHAT YOU WORKED SO HARD FOR AT HOME.

6. WHEN SHOPPING FOR GROCERIES, DON'T BUY FATTY FOODS FOR A RAINY DAY. IF IT IS IN THE HOUSE YOU'LL END UP EATING IT. YOUR CHILDREN DON'T NEED IT EITHER. LEAD BY EXAMPLE.

7. WHEN CONSIDERING ABOUT CONSUMING A PIZZA, FRIES, CHEESECAKE, COOKIES, ANYTHING HIGH FAT/SUGAR, CONSIDER THIS: BY NOT EATING IT, YOU'RE NOT DEPRIVING YOURSELF OF SOMETHING NICE, BECAUSE BY EATING IT YOU'RE DEPRIVING YOURSELF OF NUTRIENTS, YOUR HEALTH, WELLBEING, A LONG LIFE (YOUR FAMILY OF YOU) AND A GREAT LOOKING BODY THAT WOULD MAKE YOU FEEL SOOO MUCH BETTER.

8. ALSO BY EATING ANY OF THE ABOVE, YOU'RE NOT JUST ONE STEP CLOSER TO HEART DISEASE AND CANCER EVERYTIME YOU RUIN THE EFFORTS OF EVERY WORKOUT.
